Texas Instruments, the top recommended brand of graphing calculators in the U.S., has developed their most powerful Computer Algebra System (CAS) math engine into an all-in-one iPad app. This app aims to enhance teaching and learning math by making it more engaging and meaningful.

With this first-class iPad CAS app, users have access to comprehensive graphing, data entry and analysis, statistical modeling, and calculating functionality. It allows users to solve equations with algebraic precision, perform operations on variable expressions, find antiderivatives, compute limits, and determine exact solutions in irrational form.

To bring math into the real world, the app enables users to import images from the iPad camera or photo library and overlay graphs and equations on them. This feature allows for illustrating abstract math principles using real-world examples. Additionally, the app allows users to observe how equations change in real time when interacting with shapes, graphs, and objects on the screen. This visualization aids in understanding crucial connections.

The app supports a wide range of graphing capabilities, including functions, inequalities, implicit functions, conic sections, scatter plots, statistical plots and regression models, 3D graphs, parametric, polar, and differential equations.
